Akkodis is Hiring a Finance Manager Near Cleveland, OH
Akkodis is seeking a Finance Finance Accounting Manager for a Direct Hire job with a client in Cleveland, Ohio (Remote-Hybrid). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in Accounting, Operations Finance, SAP S/4HANA, Net Suite, NetSuite, Open Air would be a big plus.
Salary Range: 80k-90k/Annum; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
What you need:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
- 3-5 years of experience with the NetSuite, Open Air, SAP Record-to-Report process (Corporate Accounting, Operations Finance, Segment Finance, Tax, Treasury, Audit)
- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
- SAP S/4HANA and ECC functional and technical experience
- Proficient in end-to-end process design/development and integration with cross-functional areas of SAP (Order-To-Cash, Plan-To-Manufacture, and Procure-To-Pay)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Willing to travel on a project basis – up to 25% per year.
What will put you ahead:
- Medium to Large Project management experience
- Experience with large global manufacturing companies
- Certified Public Accountant
- Familiarity with SAP Signavio and/or SAP GRC
- Strong math and analytical skills
- experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Experience with Service Now, SalesForce a plus
- Understanding of IT Services business
- Four year degree preferred
- Duties: Financial Reporting & Analysis for an IT Services business unit
- Revenue and utilization forecasting / reporting
- Monthly P&L’s
- Quarterly Reviews & Analysis
- Project level accounting
- Budgeting
- Lead Services business unit through Service Systems & Operations processes and requirements
- Example: maintain and train others on system / accounting requirements for contract setup
- Lead customization and integration system enhancements
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to Services business unit, help drive continuous improvements
- Assist in creating reporting and pricing templates
