Akkodis is Hiring a Human Resources Compensation Analyst Near Irvine, CA

Akkodis is seeking an HR Compensation Analyst for a direct hire position with once of our clients within the Aerospace industry, Safran. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience within an HR Compensation position plus a degree in a related field.

Location: Irvine, CA

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000, depending on experience

Job Description

The HR Compensation Analyst conducts analysis and interpretation related to the organizations compensation programs.

Essential Job Functions

• Evaluates the organizations jobs, documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions.

• Contributes organizational data to, and analyzes results of, compensation surveys.

• Conducts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organizations pay programs.

• Participates in annual salary administration programs, including salary structure creation and maintenance and development of incentive or salary increase budgets.

• Participates in administration of annual performance management, incentive, or salary increase programs.

• Reports on Key HR data metrics, monitoring trends, and working with managers to identify strategies for improvement.

• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education/Experience

- Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences or Humanities is preferred. Master's degree, or SHRM certifications are a plus.

- Professional – Advanced – Knowledge of professional practices related to compensation.

- Minimum of 6 years compensation experience required

- Intermediate – Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
