Akkodis is seeking a IT Help Desk Technician for our client based in Richmond VA.
Pay Range:$25-$28/hr on W2 without benefits, The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of help desk experience and hands on experience with.
O365 use and basic troubleshooting.
HW installation and driver resolution for adding and troubleshooting multiple types of devices. Displays, Keyboards, Mice, Headsets, etc.
How to install, troubleshoot, and work on printers, document scanners, and hand scanners.
Dealing with Active Directory issues like password resets, and general User login issues.
Use of an automated ticketing system is a plus.
