Title: ITSM/ITIL Implementation Specialist for Change and Release Management

Location: San Jose, California

Work: Hybrid

Pay: $60.00-70.00 an hour

We are currently seeking an ITSM Implementation specialist to drive the implementation of ITSM best practices around change and release management.

• Using your deep expertise and experience in implementing and managing ITIL Change and

Release management practices, you will undertake a gap analysis to identify where existing processes do not meet ITIL best practice. Gap analysis should also include KPI’s and ROI that demonstrate the value associated with adoption.

• Build and agree with the business a road map that closes the identified gaps where those

improvements are aligned with strategy and business culture. Road map should include process, tooling, training and adoption associated with revised ways of working.

• Implement the agreed roadmap within agreed timelines ensuring new ways of working are

adopted seamlessly by the business

Qualifications

• Recognised qualifications in ITIL ITSM
• Deep and demonstrable experience in building and driving industry leading Change and

Release Management process within an applicable business

• Experience with Jira or other Service management systems
• Strong attention to details and communication and interpersonal skills
• Decisiveness and ability to make sound judgments under pressure
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrable experience in driving tooling strategies to reduce overheads associated
• with process implementation
