Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Dearborn, MI (hybrid)
Pay Rate: $72.00/hour-$77.00/hour
Long-term, ongoing contract
An integration and operations Product Manager who is passionate about the team they support, the operations and efficiency of that team, and the success of the overall strategy and product group. Consistent project management methods must be endorsed, taught, shared, and improved upon based on the teams’ needs. Mid and Senior Leaders will feel supported by their efforts to harmonize the team across departments and domains. Experience Required: Ideally, 3 years of domain expertise, Program Management and/or Business Office experience. Skills: Required: • Strong People leadership and team skills • Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and verbal • Strong Coordination Skills, anticipating the needs of the team and its leaders • Strong interpersonal, and leadership skills, with proven abilities to communicate complex topics to leaders and peers in a simple, clear, plan-oriented manner • Passion for Product group & Project Management, while keeping the teams motivated to drive for results, encourage a sense of urgency, and build attention to detail • Strong team player, with the ability to collaborate well with others, solve problems and actively incorporate input from various sources Preferred: • Highly motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities • Ability to develop, own and maintain SharePoint sites or similar as well as a PowerPoint super user.
