Akkodis currently has a Project Manager position with a client located in Pontiac, MI. This is a hybrid position with a minimum 2 days a week onsite. The person needs to live within 50 miles of Pontiac, MI. Cannot use agencies or C2C candidates. Pay/Salary Range: $50.00-55.00/hr.

Looking for a Project Manager who has managed a VOIP Deployment, Workstation deployments or a ITSM Application deployment. Also, the Project Manager should have experience with managing RFP and creating contracts.

Job Description

· Project Manager on multiple projects across Infrastructure Services. Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments.

· Oversees one or more projects.

· Develops and maintains project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures.

· Responsible for determining and working with supervision to acquire resource needs; oversees project progress and workload through duration of project.

· Manages Request for Proposal (RFP, eval matrix) to select vendor products.

· Write contract Scope of Deliverables.

· Follows process and standards update and creation.

· Project Support Activities (i.e., Risks, issues, action item management.

· Meeting scheduling, facilitating, meeting minutes.

· Communications (end user, broadcasts, IT notifications).

· Monitor and report on project KPIs.

Mandatory Skills Experience

· Experience in a Project Manager role managing IT Projects.

· Must have experience conducting Vendor Implementation projects starting with Requestion for Proposal, into Contract Negotiations through Product Implementation.

· Experience with a VOIP migration a major plus.

· Passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience.

· Demonstrated problem-solving skills including: identification of issues, obstacles and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, etc.)
