Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager for a hybrid opportunity with our Fortune 500 Financial Services client in Richmond, VA.
Rate: $30-$38/hr. based on experience (Must be local to Richmond, VA)
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage scope, schedule, resources, and budget and communicate status, impediments, risks, and issues, leveraging defined processes, tools, and systems
- Design, develop, and manage project plans
- Ensure projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time
- Excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders, leading meetings and creating dashboards and project communications
- Build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with project customers and stakeholders to effectively drive project delivery
Qualifications
- 2 yrs. experience in project management
- Experience with Google products and Slack
- Experience in risk management and knowledge of controls is helpful
- Financial services background is a plus
