Akkodis is in search of a SAP HR & Payroll Analyst to join one of our direct clients in Tampa, FL, for a hybrid schedule contract lasting at least 6 months, based at their Tampa office. The compensation falls within the range of $30 to $35 per hour.

Required Qualifications:

• HS diploma or equivalent coupled with 5 plus years experience in the payroll profession

• Multi-state large employer experience

• Garnishment processing

• Extensive payroll & time system knowledge

• Multi-state Tax Calculation

• Short Term Disability Calculation including offsets

• Overpayment Calculation and Recovery

• Salary Prorations

• Proficient in MS Office applications specifically excel

• Physical in-office presence

• Flexible work schedule to accommodate employees on the West Coast

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced complex deadline-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and/or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC)

• ADP Vantage Payroll & Vantage Time Platform experience
