Top 3-5 Technical Skills

• Database Design, Development and Deployment - Analyze, design and implement sound database schemas. Provide expertise in creating database tables, views, indexes, constraints, stored procedures, rules and other objects to optimize performance and enforce data integrity.
• Design and effectively implement Extract Transform Load (ETL) style operations using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Manage and lead SSIS integration projects and mentor team members on the proper use and development of SSIS packages and workflows. Understand impacts of moving data across the enterprise.
• SQL Reporting - Assist in developing, generating, and distributing SQL reports in support of line-of-business production systems and ad-hoc decision support needs. Mentor teammates to make them more self-sufficient in meeting reporting needs.
