Office Administrator/Fleet Administrator
  • Maintain accurate records for each vehicle, including registration, insurance, service history
  • Ensure all drivers comply with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Oversee vehicle registration, licensing, renewals
  • Coordinate and communicate with drivers
  • Manage fuel reporting, IFTA compliance, and safety documentation
  • Handle incoming mail, payments, and customer calls
  • Manage work orders
  • Order office supplies
  • Monitor vendor performance
  • Track expenses
  • Maintain event calendars
  • Maintain employee records
  • Track time-off and absences
  • Coordinate onboarding process
  • Assist with recruiting
Qualifications:
  • Must have experience in Fleet or vehicle management
  • Minimum of 2-year degree in a relevant field of study
  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated negotiating and phone skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Pay:$46k-$57k
