Akkodis is recruitng for a Sr Adv Program/Project Engineer for an aerospace manufacturer in the Phoenix, AR area. this is an onsite contract position a pay rate of $77 an hour.
The TPE331 Turboprop Project Engineering team is looking for a Sr. Advanced Project Engineer to support technical publications and their release in conjunction with our Airworthiness organization (FAA and similar) and other TPE331 projects as assigned.
The TPE331 turboprop product line has a very rich 60-year history including 300 engine applications across 100 aircraft platforms. The TPE331 project engineering team is a collaborative, diverse and skilled engineering team and is looking to add to the team with an additional highly skilled team member.
Key Responsibilities
Major focus of the job is to author documents for engine maintenance manual (EMM) and overhaul manuals (OHM), inspection/repair manual (IRM), service bulletins (SB), and similar technical documents in support of continued airworthiness of the TPE331 engine models.
Interface with cross-functional/international team(s) to plan, execute revisions, and lead activities with TPE331 Technical Publications through task completion.
Coordinate with FAA-ODA, Customer and Product Support (C&PS), Repair and Overhaul, and other Engineering departments as required, to ensure technical accuracy.
Prioritize legacy publications currently in queue and forecasted manual revisions.
Provide updated schedule(s) and track progress to ensure tasks are on schedule and budget.
Provide status to internal/external customers and management as required.
Manage contacts with customers, suppliers, certification authorities and various levels of Honeywell management as focal point for specific technical publication documents.

Pay Details: $65.00 to $77.00 per hour
