Akkodis is seeking a Technical Support Analyst role for a Contract position with one of our clients located in Denver CO. Ideally looking for applicants who have strong experience in Windows, MacOS, Exchange, and O365.
Location: Denver CO
Duration: 12 Months contract
Rate: $27-31/hr. on w2
Top Skills Needed:
- Have experience with Windows, MacOS
- Experience with MSFT products: Exchange, O365.
- Independent - must be ok with remote support.
- 2 years of desktop tech support experience preferably in an enterprise environment.
- Used to handling a lot of calls; this person will get about 5-10 tickets a day ranging in levels of difficulty.
