Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate program features and marketing content's performance focusing on customer response, usage, conversion, and retention.
- Execute statistical testing for A/B and multivariate experiments to glean insights.
- Design, maintain, and build metrics and comprehensive reports to monitor program health.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to respond to business leaders' critical questions about customer behavior, identifying patterns and performing exploratory data analysis.
- Utilize data mining, model building, segmentation, and other analytical techniques to uncover important trends within the customer base.
- 3-6 years of experience working with large-scale complex datasets
- Strong analytical mindset, ability to decompose business requirements into an analytical plan, and execute the plan to answer those business questions
- Strong working knowledge of SQL
- Background (academic or professional) in statistics, programming, and marketing
- SAS experience a plus
- Graduate degree in math/statistics, computer science or related field, or marketing is highly desirable.
