Pay Range : 25-28 / Hour on W2
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensure accurate handling and filing of LCA Postings and Notices of Filings.
- Assist in managing PERM Calls, including the upkeep of PERM Master Documents.
- Prepare and support the processing of B-1 Visa and ESTA Support Letters.
- Handle H-1B Extension Requests for both single and multiple employees efficiently.
- Stay informed about the latest Immigration Guidelines and manage related Promissory Notes effectively.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Familiarity with immigration visa documentation and processing procedures.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under tight deadlines.
