Job ResponsibilitiesGrow Your Skills by Working with Industry Leaders”

• Manage and strategize growth for Client’s trademark portfolio globally.
• Support marketing activities by ensuring compliance with advertising, consumer protection laws, and regulations.
• Resolve unauthorized use of trademarks and engage in legal protections.
• Collaborate with business units on online marketing, claims substantiation and regulatory compliance.
• Drive efforts to optimize internal processes, tools, and support models in transactions and marketing legal areas.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school or equivalent legal education/work experience.
• Experience in trademark and marketing law, preferably in the tech industry.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
