Job ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a seasoned Sr Data Scientist with over 5 years of experience in statistical data analysis and a solid track record in utilizing statistical and visualization tools. The role involves leading data analysis projects to support informed decision-making across the organization, developing and maintaining data dashboards/metrics, and innovating data collection and analysis frameworks. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business strategies.
Job Requirements
- Consult with business partners to develop and maintain departmental dashboards/metrics.
- Perform advanced research and apply data science principles to inform business decisions.
- Lead in the development, validation, and exporting of organizational data, aiming for automation.
- Develop and maintain data infrastructure connecting internal datasets and creating new data collection frameworks.
- Conduct both quantitative and qualitative data analysis to produce reports and proposals for decision making.
- Proficiency in GenAI, ML/AI, Python, Data ingestion in AWS.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
