Job ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our product management lifecycle, leveraging expertise in issue tracking systems, customer engagement, and proficiency with a wide range of Adobe tools. This role blends the realms of technical adeptness with creative problem-solving skills, aiming to enhance our customer support mechanisms and product usability.
  • Leveraging your experience with JIRA and Agile methodologies to streamline product development and management processes.
  • Providing expert technical support and guidance to clients in utilizing our 3D products efficiently.
  • Engaging with our user community, fostering strong relationships, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
  • Employing your proficiency with Adobe tools (After Effects, Premiere, InDesign, Express, Lightroom, Acrobat) to assist in product support and development tasks.
  • Collaborating closely with the product management team to identify, report, and resolve product issues, ensuring exceptional product quality.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Profound knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with JIRA.
  • Extensive experience in customer support, engagement, and technical assistance.
  • Strong familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere, and Acrobat.
