Job Title: BMV Office Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to oversee and manage our BMV office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the office, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the BMV office to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Manage and supervise office staff, including hiring, training, evaluating, and promoting professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with all BMV policies, procedures, and state regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial transactions, employee performance, and office inventory.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Coordinate with other departments and agencies to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a supervisory role, preferably in a government or customer service environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Knowledge of BMV operations and state regulations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
