## Job Overview
We are looking for an outgoing and motivated Field Service Representative who can work independently to ensure a high quality of customer service. The goal is to maximize customer commitment and the prosperity of business by producing results in a timely manner.

## Responsibilities

• Maintain company warehouse to include conducting regular inventory checks, assisting with shipments and deliveries, as well as making sure the company truck and trailer are DOT compliant.
• Providing technical support and performing customer support tasks.
• Installing, repairing, maintaining, and testing shelter systems and ancillary equipment.
• Resolving operational issues in the field.
• Identifying any issues and performing troubleshooting procedures.
• Transporting company products via commercial trailer to include loading and offloading equipment at military installations.
• Collaborating with colleagues and sharing information to ensure top-notch customer support.
• Managing work progress and ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Tracking and documenting work progress and writing service reports.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and provide valuable insights

· Well-organized individual with strong written and verbal communication skills who will coordinate logistics for demonstrations and represent at domestic and international trade shows.

· Disciplined and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative in lead generation and conducting cold calls to identify and obtain potential clients, while also providing sales support for current projects.

· Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth

## Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• A technical degree or certification may be advantageous.
• Must have at least one year experience with operating a forklift.
• Ability to work remotely without constant supervision.
• Proven experience as a Field Service Representative or in a related sales support or service role.
• Ability to manage and preserve technical equipment
• Ability to easily acclimate to modified schedules and shifts
• Ability to travel overseas and interact appropriately with high-level members of the Federal Government
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail skills are essential.
• Great teamwork, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use the internet for extensive research

· Savvy computer skills including MAC OS and MS Office package are necessary to create presentations, prepare and submit weekly reports

• Previous military experience preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
