Aksa Power Generation USA is Hiring a Customer Service Specialist Near Miami, FL
Responsibilities to include:
- Provide communication between management units and customers
- Prepare and follow up on contracts with customers
- Assist in the development of sales and marketing initiatives
- Evaluate customer profiles to present new product offerings
- Manage database to improve customer profile
- Create customer reports and present them to management
- Ensure customer requests are followed up and resolved by sharing updates with relevant departments
- Work with other departments to produce permanent solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Create and implement strategies for special follow up, resolution and communication with customers of critical customer and social medial complaints
- Support customers by phone and email in a professional manner
- Work in coordination with field service teams and provide feedback to customers, in order to complete the quality of service and time desired by the customer
- Develop customer relations in line with company vision by creating reports that support sales and marketing activities regarding current and potential customers
- Active, honest, dedicated to work, cooperative, innovative, and self-motivated
- Willing to share information, knowledge, and resources
- Have the sense both for service and confidentiality
- Good communication and coordination skills, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
- 2-5 years of relevant customer service sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. May be substituted with relevant experience as deemed acceptable by Aksa Management
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in working with QuickBooks
- Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD, LTD)
- 401K Retirement plan/ matching 3%
- Vacation (first 2 years 2 weeks, then 3 weeks)
