Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assisted Living Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, memory care, and medication administration. If you have a passion for providing exceptional care to seniors, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance with activities of daily living for residents in an assisted living home
- Administer medications following proper protocols
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers
- Monitor residents' well-being and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

- Managing staff

Experience:

- Manager Certification is required for the state of Arizona

- Previous experience in a similar role within assisted living or senior care settings
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures
- Familiarity with memory care practices
- Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care to seniors
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.06 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
