ALAANT is Hiring a Benefits Specialist Near Ballston Spa, NY
Hours and Benefits for the Benefits Specialist:
- $48,000 to $55,000 a year based on experience level
- PTO, holidays off and sick time
- Health, Vision and Dental benefits
- Handles all benefit enrollments including new hires, qualifying events and open enrollment
- Completes and processes disability, FMLA and PFL claim forms and any related leave paperwork
- Completes and processes Workers’ Compensation forms, including but not limited to, C-2, C-11 and C-240
- Maintains OSHA logs and completes all related paperwork
- Performs all other duties as deemed necessary by the Human Resources Director
- 2 years experience in employee benefits in an HR department
- UKG/UltiPro system preferred, not required
- Associate’s degree in related field required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
