**Hours and Benefits for the Executive Assistant:**
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
100% onsite
$29-$31 an hour depending on experience
Benefits package includes:

**Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant:**
Provide direct administrative support to the Director and Legal Team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist in the preparation of financial documents such as invoices and payment processing.
Efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize projects, and ensure all documentation is accurate.
Quickly adjust to changes and find unique solutions to consistently meet deadlines.
**Requirements for the Executive Assistant:**
High School Diploma or associate degree
2 years of experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in Google Docs
