CALL CENTER
REPRESENTATIVES (Evenings)
Rapidly growing industry leader in the specialized financial services and insurance sector has two openings for a Call Center Representative in their 24-hour call center in Carlsbad, CA. The shift will be Evenings from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. with the flexibility to work any shift (Weekends and Holidays a must). We are looking for talented, energetic and dependable people with varying backgrounds in Customer Service. - Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls, faxes, and e-mails relating to customers and prospects.
- Assuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Supporting retail branch office operations and promoting strong working relationships with customers, field personnel and corporate support staffs.
- Other administrative duties.
- Required Experience/Skills:
- 1 to 3 years customer service experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multi task and prioritize in a fast paced work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented, problem solver.
- Ability to work independently and in a group.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule. Weekends and Holidays a must.
- Education and Training:
- Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred
- Hands on experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Compensation: Competitive Salary
- Immediate eligibility for 401K participation with eligibility for Medical and Dental coverage commencing after 30 days of employment.
