Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, creativity in menu development, and strong leadership skills to drive kitchen operations to success.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation

- Develop innovative menus that meet quality standards and customer preferences

- Manage inventory levels and control food costs effectively

- Supervise kitchen staff, provide training, and ensure high-quality performance

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting

- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, menu planning, and kitchen management

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

- Understanding of fine dining standards and experience in creating upscale culinary offerings
