Warehouse Manager/ GM

Duties:

- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatching, materials management, order fulfillment, and inventory control.
- Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and resources to maximize productivity.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover.
- Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. -Reconciling and vetting employee time logs. -Create delivery routing schedules using our industry specific software
- Implement and maintain a fleet management system to ensure proper maintenance and utilization of company vehicles.
- Utilize management software to track inventory, generate reports, and streamline operations.
- Oversee the operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment in a safe manner.

Requirements:

-Warehouse Manager or similar role in a warehouse distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, materials management, and inventory control.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required. -Focused Multitasking Skills: Aim to always have a few different jobs/ crews at the shop working on different tasks to utilize everyone’s time at the shop to its fullest potential. -Problem solving issues with customers directly who’s events are active and in progress to create a speedy solution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,050.00 - $1,150.00 per week
