Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies is Hiring a Program Analyst I Near Orlando, FL

The Alaka’ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a qualified Program Analyst (RTAM/Targets) to support our government customer location in Orlando, Florida .
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deep understanding of government DOD acquisition process, funding and project management process
  • Experience supporting an DoD acquisition program office
  • Analytical, able to discern and ascertain data from multiple sources/efforts.
  • Building and receiving contract data requirement lists (CDRLs).
  • Reviewing invoices and forwarding for approval.
  • Reviewing program contract deliverables for accuracy compared to the requirements set forth in the statement of work (SOW), performance work statement (PWS), specification and CDRL documentation.
  • Annotating all discrepancies within a Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM) spreadsheet and provide to the Government.
  • Supporting government programs integrated product teams (IPT)
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:Bachelors Degree
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Must have experience supporting an DoD acquisition program office
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience with or knowledge of government contracts and programs is preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience is preferred.
  • DAWIA Program Management certifications or DAU training certifications
  • Exposure/Experience supporting Targets and Range training systems
REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
