Outside working hours if other than M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.:

Monday and Tuesday 8am – 6pm
Wednesday: 8am – 7pm
Thursday: 8am – 6pm
Friday: 8am – 5pm
1st Saturday of the Month: 9am – 1pm
May also include some holiday rotations, evening and weekends.

Job Summary and Description

Responsible for planning and coordinating programs, projects and processes that provide a service to students and/or other internal College or District customers.

Managing a newly created department, Welcome Center HUB for the SPC Southwest Campus. HUB will include services such as providing campus tours, student ID cards, general information, Records services, Onboarding services and collaborating with Academic departments and Advising areas.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
  • Three years’ of experience coordinating activities, programs and/or projects.
  • Supervisory experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master's degree.
  • Experience in a community college.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver license. Must be insurable through the organization’s insurers.

Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
