Job Summary and Description

Manages the adjudication process for all academic and non-academic alleged violations of the student code of conduct and Title IX. Works to increase awareness within the college community regarding Title IX, ethics, self-advocacy, alternative dispute resolution, and civility.

Reports to the Dean of Student Success.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
  • Five years of experience coordinating student conduct and/or Title IX.
  • Experience designing, developing and implementing successful training programs, plans, and services related to nondiscrimination and compliance.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master's degree.
  • Three years of experience leading a student conduct/Title IX program and/or team at a higher education institution.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to be insured through Alamo Colleges’ insurers.

Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
