We are currently seeking a Sales Associate with a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of retail experience.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers upon their arrival
- Ensure shelves are adequately stocked
- Establish connections with customers through engaging conversations and offer genuine product recommendations
- Communicate any additional charges, if applicable, to customers transparently
- Encourage customers to enroll in our loyalty program
- Assist in maintaining the back stock room and contribute to merchandise displays on the sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness and organization standards on the sales floor
Requirements:
- Proficiency in POS (point of sale) systems with a willingness to adapt to new technologies
- Exceptional communication skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Flexibility in scheduling
- Aptitude for upselling
