This position provides master level skills inthe installation, repair, maintenance, and service of building systems. Responsibilities include overseeing,maintaining and repairing all District structures and equipment. Specific duties include installing,inspecting, testing, maintaining and repairing a wide variety of buildingmaintenance systems, to include plumbing, electrical, HVACR, structural,etc. Additional duties include providingleadership, coaching, teaching, mentoring and craft specific technical guidance,prioritizing, assigning and scheduling work for the facilities team. Will perform as a working foreman; worksalongside maintenance employees and performs maintenance tasks in all trades.
