The Salesforce Administrator BusinessAnalyst is responsible for developing systems and processes that provide aservice to students, and/or other internal College or District customers. Improvingoperational efficiencies through the implementation of Customer RelationshipManagement (CRM) operational improvements. Organizing, planning, developing,and directing, a work unit. Serves as an organization-wide expert in CRM systems,primarily Salesforce, and other related professional or technical area.
Reports to the Chief of Strategic Enrollment Management.
