The Project Coordinator of the Enterprise Technical Solutions (ETS) Department will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within our Enterprise Technical Services division. You will work under the supervision of the Project Managers, with operations team members, and directly with clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description:
  • Administer all aspects of the project and assist with customer relations to ensure all tasks and deadlines are met.
  • Lead break / fix and small-scale project initiatives.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of project management principles and process to provide customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Identify, predict, and solve problems with the delivery of the product.
  • Prioritize duties with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
  • The duties for this position will occasionally take place after normal work hours and on the weekends but will need to be flexible occasionally to work around customer schedules.
  • Perform other job – related duties as assigned.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
  • Possess a current and valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no DUI or DWIs within the past 5 years.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
  • Willing to travel locally, statewide, or regionally when needed.
  • Possess a professional attitude that will positively represent the Alamon organization to employees, clients, and the communities in which we work.
  • Knowledge and experience in the telecommunications infrastructure and networking industry is preferred.
  • Proven project management/ project execution experience including the ability to plan and manage projects and processes, allocate resources, monitor progress, provide customer updates, project closeout, and invoicing (CAPM or PMP certification).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Thrive in high- pressure situations and multi – task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and follow through when working with technicians.
  • Strong data gathering / research and analysis skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, set and manage priorities based on customer requirements.
Work Environment:
  • This position includes a remote/hybrid work environment with accommodation to be on-call and on-site when necessary to support the needs of the company.
  • Fast- paced, customer- driven environment.
  • Occasional field / site visits. This may also result in exposure to dust, odors, gasses, vapors, wet or slick surfaces, and loud noises.
  • Where appropriate, wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in compliance with company standards and government regulations.
  • The extension of regular working hours is occasionally necessary to complete time- sensitive projects, attend training or respond to emergencies. Additionally, work may be required on weekends and holidays as dictated by business demands.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to ride in a vehicle for extended periods of time to travel to and from job sites.
  • Ability to work in different temperatures and through changing weather conditions.
  • Must be able to traverse all areas of a job site. This may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching.

Occasional travel will be required.
