Role Summary:This role is a part of the Alaska Airlines marketing team and is responsible for defining the overall strategy for the employer branding function including management of recruitment marketing. The employer brand manager will develop and activate on our employer brand marketing and communication strategy, helping us deliver compelling and engaging content that authentically represents our brand, our culture and why Alaska and Horizon are great places to work. This role will partner with the People Team on our employee value proposition (EVP) work and develop marketing strategies that enhance our reputation as an employer, driving connection to both our brand and purpose in creating an airline people love. This role will exercise independent judgement and initiative in managing the program on a daily basis. The ideal candidate has marketing and communications experience and is a master storyteller with a solid understanding of employer brand and recruitment marketing.

Salary Range:Pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset while balancing internal equity relative to other Alaska/Horizon employees. Alaska/Horizon is committed to fair, unbiased compensation along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate.
Note: We dont typically hire at the top of the range.
