Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the service department in your area and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team.

Duties:

- Manage and supervise a team of service technicians

- Provide technical guidance and support to service technicians

- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are met

- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues with HVAC systems, air conditioning units, etc.

- Design and implement maintenance programs for equipment and systems

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

-Order necessary parts, equipment, and supplies needed for service and installation jobs

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

-Make sales calls and develop new customers

-Do timely estimates and follow up with customers

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role in the HVAC industry

- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, heating systems, air conditioning systems, refrigeration systems, etc.

-schedule weekly tech training meetings. Review and discuss callbacks.

-Take part in company departmental budget/goal setting and monitoring

-Perform ride-alongs to ensure all training and procedures are being followed

- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings

- Excellent leadership and management skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Valid driver's license
