Job Summary And Qualifications
- Adhere to HACCP/food safety guidelines/policies & procedures
- Demonstrates, understands and practices safe food handling techniques.
- Maintain and adhere to Food & Nutrition uniform and personal appearance standards at all time
- Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.
- Utilizes proper equipment to produce standard recipes.
- Utilizes systems to quality process/standards in food production Reports customer complaints to appropriate supervisor
- High School Graduate\Equivalent Preferred
- 1 years of experience in healthcare Preferred
- 1 years of experience in quantity cooking
- Food Handlers Permit must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
