Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Learn about and communicate the benefits of our product
• Deliver Excellent customer service to continue our 5 Star reputation
• Communicate with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer’s problem
• Develop and cultivate existing buying systems throughout the seasons 
• Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Sales Associate Skills

• Technical understanding of the principles of sales
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Bachelors in marketing or sales is preferred
• Experience with customer service
• Proven track record in achieving sales quotas
