We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead integration projects for our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects using the waterfall / agile methodology and specific experience in any of the following industries (retail, manufacturing, distribution). This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Manage project execution from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to the Waterfall / Agile methodology.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Work closely with IT, and business users to ensure successful integration.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and issue logs.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation of all integration processes and outcomes for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on integration.
• Strong understanding and experience with the Waterfall / Agile project management methodology.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
• THIS POSITION WILL CONVERT TO FULL-TIME AFTER 6-12 MONTHS
