Albany Area Gymnastics Association is Hiring a Human Resource Specialist Near Albany, MN

Albany Area Gymnastics Association (AAGA) is a successful gymnastics club located in a new state of the art facility in Albany, MN. We offer classes for ages 2 through 18 including preschool, recreational, boys, competitive, homeschool, and high school classes for kids from throughout central Minnesota.

AAGA is a non-profit organization dedicated to teaching life lessons to kids through the sport of gymnastics. We constantly strive to provide outstanding customer experiences that exceed parent’s expectations. We are dedicated to our gymnasts, their parents, and our coaches.

We are currently hiring for a part time Human Resource Specialist. This is a newly created position seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in Human Resources.

Specific duties will include HR policy and procedure development and implementation, recruitment and onboarding, background checks and safety training, employee information management, and employee relations and conflict resolution.

We offer flexible hours and a competitive wage.
