Albany ENT & Allergy Services seeks a candidate with basic experience supporting a Windows-based environment. This candidate must have some hands-on experience, excellent customer service, basic troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage end-user and leadership relationships. The IT specialist requires broad skills in domain administration, virtual server management, and networking. The candidate must have a history of setting and meeting client expectations. The successful candidate will be tenacious and accountable, build strong relationships, and constantly develop their skill set.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Work with a team to provide server and network administration.
• Coordinate and communicate with client leadership & vendors.
• Assist with project implementation and upgrades as well as supporting hardware and software systems.
• Assist with maintaining server and network environment.
• Provide clinical software support.
• Provide and implement general best practices and security posture.
• Provide clinical thinking & troubleshooting abilities.
• Establish and maintain written technical documentation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of professional technical experience configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software components required.
• 2 years of customer service experience; must have a customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Must possess technical knowledge and experience in the following areas: Windows Server Domain Administration, Active Directory & Group Policy, Remote Desktop Services, End User Support, Basic networking knowledge (Switching/Routing/Firewall), M365 User administration, maintain current VMware & SAN environment, Wireless, VOIP, Backup & Continuity
• Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse patient, colleague, and vendor population.

COMPENSATION: The compensation range for this position is $40,000 to $70,000 annually. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, education, experience, and qualifications.
