Your Role:

• Collaborate with senior team members on a variety of investment banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and strategic advisory assignments.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and modeling to support transaction execution and decision-making processes.
• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials, offering memoranda, and other client-facing documents, ensuring accuracy and clarity of information.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in both English and German, facilitating smooth interactions and building strong relationships.
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments, conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for our clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) within investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and German preferred.
