We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Vice President to join our team and drive our continued growth and success.

Position Overview: The Senior Vice President - Leveraged Finance will play a crucial role in originating, structuring, and executing leveraged finance transactions. This individual will work closely with senior management, clients, and various internal teams to deliver tailored financing solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leveraged finance, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of leveraged finance transactions, including high-yield bonds, leveraged loans, and mezzanine financing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment for potential transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, legal, and compliance, to ensure seamless execution of deals.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities to expand the leveraged finance portfolio.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Present transaction recommendations to senior management and investment committees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in leveraged finance, investment banking, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully originating and executing leveraged finance transactions.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Deep understanding of credit risk, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
