Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Manager to join our team in Munich. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and managing investment opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential investment opportunities in the DACH region.
• Conduct thorough market research and industry analysis to support investment decisions.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, including valuation, modeling, and due diligence.
• Develop and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present investment proposals and recommendations to the investment committee.
• Monitor and manage portfolio companies, providing strategic and operational support as needed.
• Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to drive value creation initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes affecting the private equity landscape.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing, evaluating, and managing investments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Fluency in German and English is required; proficiency in the second language is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Benelux market and regulatory environment is highly desirable.
