**Description**

We are seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee all inventory duties for our CWallA branches. As an Inventory Manager you will be responsible for inventory replenishment, management and development. You will work closely with the branch operations, sales, and purchasing to ensure all inventory matters are handled and processed with the utmost accuracy. This position will work out of our corporate office in Spokane, WA.

**Qualifications for an Inventory Manager Include:**

* Proven experience in inventory control, management and logistics

* Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

* Superior written and verbal communication skills

* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

* Ability to travel to various branches quarterly

**Responsibilities of an Inventory Manager Include:**

* Coordinating and managing each branchs annual inventory process including

* Creating stock item lists specific to each branchs needs

* Using sales statistics and usage data to determine proper stock levels at each branch

* Working with our Sales team to determine new products to stock

* Leading regular meetings to discuss the possibility of adding these new items to branch stock lists

* Updating MIN/MAX settings in BisTrack monthly

* Working with Branch Managers to ensure stock purchase orders are placed consistently while reviewing each order for accuracy and validity

* Coordinating with SCAFCO to ensure stock is ordered to maximize plant efficiency

* Maintaining red tag visibility and using all tools available to minimize their stock levels

* Reviewing blue tag stock and ensuring our website is updated weekly

* Tracking perishable goods and enforcing stock rotation compliance

* Scheduling cycle inventory counts and auditing variances before completion

* Processing inventory adjustments and substitutions

* Working with our Purchasing and Production teams on various inventory projects
