Corporate Associate (Life Sciences)

Location - Boston

Hybrid - Full-time, Permanent

Salary - $260-365,000

Be part of a dynamic practice that concentrates on corporate transactions for cutting-edge high growth, life sciences, healthcare, and technology companies in the US, Asia, and throughout the world.

Key Responsibilities:

Working with venture backed private and public companies through a range of transactions:

• Equity Financing
• IPOs
• M&A
• Corporate Governance

Qualifications and Experience:

• JD from an ABA-approved law school & relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain promptly).
• 3-5 years' experience in a broad range of lifecycle corporate and transactional matters.
• Law firm experience.
• Experience in public company work and registered equity offerings (IPOs and follow-on offerings).
• Experience working with life sciences companies strongly preferred, or a demonstrable interest in life science work.
