HR Manager
Alcast is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for managing the HR department's daily operations and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives. The HR Manager will lead a team of HR professionals and ensure that our company culture remains positive and engaging.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure professional growth and effective performance.
- Set goals and objectives for the HR team and monitor progress, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions to attract top talent.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting company values and encouraging open communication.
- Manage the performance review process, providing tools and resources for managers and employees to conduct effective evaluations.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs to support employee growth.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Oversee benefits administration and communicate updates to employees.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures to reflect changes in legislation and best practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Prepare and present reports on HR activities, workforce demographics, and other relevant data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory HR role, with a proven track record of managing HR functions effectively.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with HR software systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
