We are currently working with a Moving and Relocation company based in Baltimore, MD, seeking to recruit a skilled Commercial Moving Coordinator to join their growing team.

This position focuses on supporting the sales team by forwarding and compiling all information related to O&I moves to the relevant parties, making sure to both support processes and submit proposals.

Main Responsibilities of the Commercial Moving Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

• Support the sales department with administrative duties to cover all facets of the move.
• Oversee and coordinate initial orders and processes for O&I clients to ensure a seamless transition.
• Send requests for credit approval for new clients to the credit department.
• Create thorough, accurate bids for customers to review.
• Prepare and forward paperwork about moves and equipment requirements to the relevant departments or agencies.
• Develop, complete, and deliver workflow plans and documentation to the operations department.
• Notify shippers of any modifications, delays, or exceptional situations.
• Ensure that equipment left at the customer site is returned, and oversee its supervision.
• Attend internal and external meetings and training sessions, as needed.
• Audit paperwork following transfers and collaborate closely with accounting to bill actual charges.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Main Requirements and Experience:

• Ideally, two years in the moving business.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal-oriented, precise, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capacity to engage with the public and customers efficiently while upholding a cheerful, proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• The capacity to show creativity in problem-solving.
