You have the power to shape things and individuals to make them better. About the Role : Job Description Alcoa Warrick has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Associate to join our team, execute HR functions and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.

The responsibilities will require you to apply broad knowledge of HR and hands-on experience with proven results in several of the following functions / HR processes. Main responsibilities :

• Provide outstanding customer service to all stakeholders;
• Perform or assist with a variety of administrative duties including reporting, payroll / benefits backup, time and attendance management, HR system transactions and record keeping;
• Collect and analyze trends and metrics with the HR department;
• Work closely with the HR team, as well as Department Leaders and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention;
• Provide support as well as plan Employee Engagement activities;
• Provide support to Training and Development initiatives;
• Document and maintain administrative procedures for processes including ensuring compliance with applicable government regulations and timeliness as well as accuracy of required reporting.

To be successful in this role and to play a part in our ongoing success we desire the following background :

• Associate Degree or equivalent job related experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Advanced analytical and MS Excel skills
• Availability to work different schedules. Standard hours are 7am to 4pm, but some days you would need to be available to come in as early as 5 am.

Also, there will be events that may require you to come in in the evening.
