Who we are: Alcohol and Drug Awareness Council of Orange County, ADAC, is dedicated to addressing the public health issue of substance use disorder by providing support to those in need through prevention, information, referral, and recovery support services.

Location details: These positions will be placed in schools in Orange County.

Your opportunity: Be part of ADAC Prevention Team, a leader in Prevention Education services throughout Orange County.

Responsibilities: Work to enhance school involvement in substance abuse prevention and provide current, research-based prevention strategies to students in grades K-12 throughout Orange County.

Qualifications: A strong work ethic and desire to help prevent substance use/misuse amongst young people is required. Candidates with a background or desire to work in Early Childhood Education and/or Community and Human Services will be given priority consideration. Strong communication and presentation skills required. Comfortability speaking in classroom settings, reliable vehicle & ability to travel a must.

Job Information:

• Part Time / Year-Round position with competitive hourly salary based on experience and qualifications.
