As a Sr. Operator I supporting Surgical Manufacturing, you will be trusted to work on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery/equipment in the Blade Assembly Department at Sinking Spring, PA.
In this role, a typical day will include:

• Complete the batch records and associated documentation
• Operate manufacturing equipment that may require performing visual and dimensional inspection of product, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining consumable tooling in equipment
• Monitor, evaluate, and adjust manufacturing equipment to maximize quality and efficiency
• Work in a coordinated, computerized manufacturing environment. Tasks are performed in accordance with applicable safety guidelines, as well as appropriate processing standards. Tasks are completed in compliance with all regulatory requirements
• May participate in program or functional team projects developing process improvement methods, solutions, and procedures to improve program quality, cost, and scheduling

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• Work hours: 2nd shift - 3PM-11PM

Preferred Qualitications/Skills/Experience

• Machine Operating Experience preferred.
